Everyone has a story, a story that ignites us to be creative, bold and forthcoming on why we do what we do. But no one incident or story can define my reasoning for being OWDOT. “Ordinary Women Doing Ordinary Things” are collections compiled over a lifetime of real life situations that I have faced throughout my time here on Earth. I use those collections to help introduce a positive impact on those seeking to better themselves in a way that drives leadership, service, diversity and inclusion.

Given the right opportunity we all can succeed; given the right opportunity at the right time in the right place we all can be OWDOT. Empowering women to be exceptional leaders individually, professionally and within the community is why I am destined to be extra amongst those who INDUCE a comfort level to be significant, honored, notable and prestigious.
